摘　　要：经管类专业的实验与实践教学环节对于学生的创新能力培养具有不可替代的作用。在分析当前经管类专业不容乐观的实验实践教学发展态势的基础上,提出基于学生创新能力培养的实验实践教学改革重点在于转变教学理念,增设创新性及综合性实验,强化实验实践教学队伍的建设与管理,以及构建实验实践教学评估新体系以确保对实验实践教学的有效管理。Experimental and practical teaching of the economics and management specialty plays an irreplaceable role in the course of cultivating the students＇ creative ability in the colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the experimental and practical teaching in the e- conomic and management specialties, this paper puts forward some suggestions on reforming the experi- mental and practical teaching, which include transforming the teaching ideas, supplementing some in- novative and synthetic experiments, strengthening the construction and management of the staff of experimental teaching, and creating the system of the supervision and evaluation of the experimental and practical teaching.
