摘　　要：探索性学习和挖掘性学习是组织发展和保持竞争优势的重要因素,二者之间的平衡问题一直是学者们研究的重点。本文在分析探索性学习与挖掘性学习的概念的基础上,着重分析了供应链联盟中的探索性学习和挖掘性学习平衡。研究发现:探索性学习和挖掘性学习是相互矛盾但又相互依赖、相互作用的、动态的双元统一体,通过时间分离和空间分离方式能够实现供应链联盟中的探索性学习和挖掘性学习平衡。Exploitation and exploration are important elements to develop and remain organization competence advantage.Exploitation and exploration balance has been a hot issue of organization learning.This paper redefined the relationship between exploitation and exploration,analyzed the balance mechanism between exploitation and exploration among supply chain alliance.This paper made conclusions that exploitation and exploration were duality which were contradictory but mutual interdependent,and exploitation and exploration can achieve better balance through organizational separation and temporal separation among supply chain alliance.
