摘  要:采用烟碱降解微生物平板筛选鉴别方法,从白肋烟和烤烟中筛选出11株烟碱降解微生物,经初步鉴定,3株为细菌,8株为放线菌;采用荷移光谱法测定了11株菌对纯烟碱和白肋烟叶片中烟碱的降解能力,其中放线菌K2对烟碱的降解能力最强,对白肋烟叶片中的烟碱降解率(48h)为74.77%,对纯烟碱可以完全降解。经过生理生化试验鉴定和16SrDNA序列比对,确定放线菌K2为除虫链霉菌(Streptomyces avermitilis)。By an identification petri dish medium,11 microorganism strains which can obviously degrade nicotine were isolated from burley tobacco and flue-cured tobacco leaves.By primary identification,3 strains belonged to bacteria,and 8 strains belonged to actinomyces.Using spectrophotometric determination,the degradation ability of 11 strains on pure nicotine and burley toba-cco nicotine was examined respectively,indicating isolate K2 could almost completely degrade pure nicotine and had a maximum degradation ratio 74.77%(48 h) of burley tobacco nicotine.Based on morphological and biochemical characterization and analysis of 16S rDNA sequencing,the isolate was identified as Streptomyces avermitilis.
