摘　　要：具有应用型地方高校特色的高校图书馆移动知识服务平台是为学校学科建设和培养"卓越工程师"服务的基础平台。应用型地方高校图书馆在人才、资金、技术等有限的条件下,从基础做起,通过移动知识服务平台融入科研团队,辅助教学科研,展现自身特色,嵌入科研开发过程,体现嵌入式、主动性、个性化、增值性服务意识,全方位的支撑学科的创新发展。The mobile knowledge service platform of local university characteristic library is the basic platform for discipline construction and talents cultivation.Under the limited condition of talent,capital and technology,mobile knowledge service platform integrated to scientific research team,assisted teaching and scientific research,unfolded their own characteristics,embedded,initiative and value-added service consciousness,omni-directional support discipline innovation development.
