视觉模拟评分法在图书馆读者满意度调查中的应用及比较研究

摘　　要：本文分别以传统的读者满意度调研问卷和视觉模拟评分问卷对沈阳药科大学图书馆的读者满意程度进行了调研,运用SPSS对调研数据进行统计学分析,并对两种问卷的统计结果进行了比较,发现VAS问卷相对于传统的等级问卷更能准确客观地反映读者的满意度指标,具有简单易懂,实施快捷,重现性好等优点,可将该方法推广至图书馆各种满意度的调查中。This paper surveyed the readers＇ satisfaction to the library of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University by conventional survey approach and Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）approach.The survey data were statistically analyzed by SPSS and the results of the two methods were compared.The study found that compared with the conventional survey approach,the VAS approach,which was easy to understand,reproducible and implement quickly,could reflex the readers＇ satisfaction index more objectively and truly.So it sould be popularized in the readers＇ satisfaction survey to the libraries.
