胃癌患者术前胃镜活检组织CDX2表达与预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨CDX2在术前胃镜下胃黏膜活检组织中的表达及其与胃癌预后的关系。方法从2005年1月-2009年11月在北医三院普外科经手术病理证实为胃癌,并行胃癌根治术的病例中,选取术前于该院消化科行胃镜检查,并取得活检标本的病例,共67例。应用免疫组织化学染色的方法检测CDX2在67例胃癌术前胃镜下活检组织中的表达,探讨其与胃癌预后及其他临床病理变量的关系。应用Image pro Plus 6.0软件计算累积光密度值(integrated op-tical density,IOD)。应用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 CDX2在胃癌中的表达与病理类型有关,在管状腺癌中表达高于其他类型的胃癌(P=0.001)。CDX2表达与预后相关,高表达组总体生存率显著高于无表达或低表达组(P=0.034)。CDX2表达与肿瘤大小、浆膜浸润状态、淋巴结转移状态、脉管浸润状态、幽门螺杆菌感染无关(P>0.05)。结论 CDX2在胃癌中的高表达提示预后良好。Objective To analyze the expression of CDX2 in biopsy tissues from preoperative gastroscopy in patients with gastric cancer,and investigate the relationship between its expression and prognosis. Methods By using of immunohistochemistry, the author analyzed the expression status of CDX2 in biopsy tissues from preoperative gastroscopy in 67 patients who were di agnosed as gastric cancer and underwent radical operation during 2005 - 2009 in third hospital of Beijing University, then investi- gated the relationship between its expression and prognosis and other clinical pathological factors. IMAGE PRO PLUS 6.0 soft- ware was used for image analysis. A logistic regression for the data was performed with SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Results The expression of CDX2 was correlated with pathology type（P = 0.001 ）, high expression was found in tubular adenocarcinoma. Patients with high CDX2 expression showed a better survival rate than those with low CDX2 expression（P = 0.034）. There was no correlation between the expression of CDX2 and other clinical pathological factors （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The high expression of CDX2 indicted a good prognosis in gastric cancer.
