姑息性胰体尾癌切除术临床治疗价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨姑息性胰体尾癌切除术的临床治疗价值。方法回顾性分析我院2005年至2011年行姑息性胰体尾癌切除术的12例胰体尾癌病例的临床资料。结果所有手术成功完成,3例患者术前疼痛症状明显缓解,9例术前疼痛症状完全消失,未发生围手术期死亡。术后1例患者发生胰瘘,予腹腔冲洗等保守治疗后,胰瘘治愈。其他病例均无明显不良并发症。结论对不能行根治性手术但伴有顽固性腹痛或腰背部痛的胰体尾癌患者,姑息性手术打击较小,手术风险不大,术后疼痛显著缓解,甚至消失,生活质量明显提高,并为下一步治疗提供条件。Objective To explore the therapeutic value of palliative resection ior carcinoma of the body and tail of pancreas. Methods A clinical data of 12 cases of carcinoma of the body and tail of pancreas were retrospectively analyzed. Results The pain got apparently relieved in all patients or even disappeared after operation. No perioperative mortality occurred, pancreatic fistula was 1 case and was healed by conservative treatment. Conclusions For those that radical surgery can not be performed and with intractable pain or lower back pain in patients with pancreatic cancer, palliative resection is feasible for pain relief.
