摘　　要：目的:发掘整理我国少数民族医药养生学术历史。方法:通过文献检索,按时代分类辑录整理我国少数民族医药养生学术内容。结果:从秦汉至今的相关文献记录了大量少数民族医药养生保健的理论和方法,许多少数民族在中华民族养生保健史上都作出过不可磨灭的贡献。结论:中医养生保健学具有民族多元化的特点,当前对民族养生保健学术的整理和研究还相当欠缺,应进一步加强该方面研究发掘工作。Objective:To excavate and rearrange the Health Preserving academic history of Chinese minority.Methods:By literature searches,rearranged the historical record of the Health Preserving academic of Chinese minority.Results:From Qin-Han dynasty up to now,there was a lots of minority's Health Preserving theory and method records.Chinese minority had great contributed to TCM Health Preserving academic in history.Conclusion:Health-preserving of TCM is a discipline with the characteristics of multi-ethnic culture.The current study of minority's Health Preserving academic is quite insuf,so we should further strengthen the research work.
