摘　　要：针对高分辨率图形图像视频记录和远程监控需求,提出一种基于FH8735视音频编码器的技术解决方案。本方案具有结构简洁、压缩比高、稳定可靠的特点,能够满足军、民等多个领域的应用需要。In order to meet the needs for high definition graph and image video record and remote monitoring,a technological solution based on the FH8735 video and audio encoder is raised up.Because of its succinct configuration,high compression rate,and high stability and reliability,this solution can meet the application needs from many fields such as military or civilian use.
