骨转换生化标志物在乳腺癌骨转移早期诊断中的应用价值

摘  要:目的探讨骨转换生化标志物在早期诊断乳腺癌骨转移的应用价值。方法定量检测38例乳腺癌患者和22例健康人血清中骨转换生化标志物总Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端延长肽(TPⅠNP)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTx)、完整甲状旁腺素(iPTH)等相关生化指标,用SPECT核素骨扫描确定有无骨转移。结果骨转移组TPⅠNP、β-CTx水平均显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论联合检测骨转换生化指标TPⅠNP和β-CTx在乳腺癌骨转移的早期诊断中有重要应用价值。Objective To early explore the value of the application of the biochemical marker of bone turnover in the diagnosis of bone metastasis tumor from the breast carcinoma. Methods A total of 38 patients with breast carcinoma and 22 healthy subjects(normal controls)were included in this study. The level of total procollagen type I amino-terminal propeptide of (TP I NP), β-isomefized carboxyterminal propeptide (β-CTx), intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH), were detected. Single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) radionuclide bone scan was used to confirm whether bone metastasis occurred or not. Results Compared with the healthy subjects, patients with the bone metastasis group had higher TP I NP, β-CTx,which were significantly different according to the analysis of variance (P〈 0.01). Conclusion The serum levels of total procollagen type I amino-terminal propeptide(TPINP), β-isomerized carboxyterminal propeptide(β-CTx) have application value in the early diagnosis of bone metastasis tumor from the breast carcinoma.
