摘　　要：目前,在手术室、病房、抢救室等医疗场所,因为患者的病情需要经常会用到吸痰器,吸出痰液或分泌物,避免因患者不能主动排出痰液或分泌物而造成呼吸困难或呼吸道感染,甚至危及生命等严重后果的发生。负压吸引管一端通过接头与吸痰器连接,一端通过接头与吸痰管的吸引接管连接。临床上因为部分患者需要多次吸痰甚至长期吸痰,这样同一根负压吸引管就可以多次使用,但是目前临床上没有一种专门用来固定负压吸引管与吸痰管的吸引接管连接的接头的装置。Currently, in the operating room, wards, emergency rooms and other medical establishments, as the need of patient, we always need to use suction devices absorbing out the mucus or secretions, aoiding causing difficulty in breathing, because of Patients cannot take the initiative to discharge sputum or secretions and even life-threatening and other serious consequences. Suction tube and suction side connected through the connector, one end of the suction pipe through the joints and connections to attract over. Clinically, because some patients need long-term multiple suction or suction, with a suction tube that can be used multiple times, but none of the present study was designed to a fixed suction tube and suction tube to attract over Bonding of the device. This article is designed to attach the suction tube and suction tube connectors to attract over a fixed connection is used in our department in 2008 with good results. Which are presented below：
