摘  要:传统的测试设备开发研制振动控制试验系统周期长、效率低缺点。为了克服这一不足,本文首先简要引入了虚拟仪器技术的概念,给出了基于Labview开发低成本的宽频带振动控制试验系统的设计方案。整个振动控制系统的设计基于压电耦合动力学理论,建立系统的反馈控制方程。通过对悬臂的复合材料梁实施主动控制试验,实现了减振控制过程。试验证明,该系统可靠稳定,达到预期的振动控制功能和效果,此外,提供直观便利的虚拟仪器用户界面,具有实际工程的应用价值。Traditional test instruments development for vibrationcontrol test system is long-peroid and low-efficiency. In order to avoid these shortcomings, in this paper? the concept of virtual instrument technology is introduced briefly. The design scheme of the low-cost broadband vibration control test system developed by LabVIEW is presented. The whole design of the vibration control system is based on the dynamics theory of coupled piezoelectric/elastic structures, and feedback control equation is developed. Through the active control test on composite material cantilever beam, the process of vibration absorbed is carried out. It is proved by the test result that the system has stability and reliability and agrees with stated vibration control function and effect, in addition,the direct and convenient user interface based on virtual in- strument is obtainable,and it has application value in practice.
