摘  要:商业模式本质是对能够获得竞争优势的价值创造活动的描述或设计,这与战略的本质是相同的。商业模式与战略在组成内容上也是高度一致的。它们的区别主要是理论研究侧重点和方法的不同,战略理论侧重于对战略制定方法及战略形成的过程的研究;而商业模式理论侧重于对具体的战略措施体系所具有的逻辑关系的研究。商业模式理论具有其它战略理论所不具备的特色和作用,是对现有战略理论的补充和完善,可归为战略管理的第十一个学派。The essence of business model is the description about value activities which can gain a competitive advantage. Business model and strategy are essentially the same. Business model and strategy are also highly consistent in content. Their differences are mainly in theoretical research focus and researchmethod. Strategic theory focuses on the methods of strategy de- velopment and the process of strategy formation, while business model theory focuses on the research of the logical relationship among the specific strategic measures. Business model theory contains some features and functions which are not included in other strategic theory branches and is complementary to the existing strategic theory. Business model theory can be classed as the eleventh school of strategic management.
