摘　　要：科技型中小企业对于促进我国国民经济的发展有非常重要的作用,但是随着经济的发展,科技型中小企业在发展中的一些问题也逐渐显现出来,其中最为突出的就是融资问题。由于科技中小企业面临直接融资渠道过少,间接融资渠道过窄,政策性融资渠道的效果不明显等诸多问题,政府应制定相关的优惠政策,加强金融中介服务体系建设,建立完善的资本市场体系,促进银行体系的构建。SMEs of technology play a very important role in the development of national economy. But with economic development, some problems in the development of SMEs of technology are gradually revealed, and the most prominent one is the financing. As direct financing channels for SMEs are too small, indirect financing channels are too narrow, the effect of policy financing is not obvious and many other issues, the government should formulate preferential policies, strengthen financial intermediation system, establish a sound capital market system, promote the construction of the banking system.
