适龄人口下降与地方教育发展研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：针对教育适龄人口下降,地方各级各类教育发展面临教育结构、布局不尽合理,城乡、区域教育发展不平衡,教育投入不足,教育优先发展的战略地位尚未完全落实等突出问题,提出要促进公共教育均衡发展和抓住契机提高教育质量,高度重视早期教育,完善和发展义务教育,推进现代高等教育,积极促进中、高等职业教育质量的提高,建立公平有效的教育公共服务体系。Because of the decrease in the population of school age,the development of local education of all levels and types is facing problems like irrationality of structure and layout,imbalance of urban and rural,or regional education development,insufficient investment,insufficient attention to the priority position of education.This paper holds that we must promote the balanced development of public education and seize opportunities to improve education quality,pay special attention to early stage education,perfect and develop compulsory education,advance higher education,elevate the quality of vocational higher education and establish equal and effective public service system of education.
