摘 要:通过三种研究方法 ,证实了大豆从苗期开始已有老根不断腐解和新根不断生出的更替现象。通过方格差值法 ,在大豆生产期中进行五次测定 ,结果证明 ,6 - 8月之间大豆在田间每 0 .0 1 75 m3,5 0 cm深度至少有 1 1 30 .6 m根长和 2 5 5 .6个根瘤在土壤中生存和更替过。文中对大豆根系更替原因做了初步的分析。The object of this study is to verify that there is vigorous supersession of new and old roots in soybean various growing stages. Through the combining analysis of the data of 3 experimental methods (Solution culture, reduction of manganese oxide, square differential value), it is confirmed that in soybean exists a process of supersession of new and old roots from seedling to pod filling stages, and there are at least 6990.4cm of roots in length and 255.8 nodules in 0.0175m 3 which sustain decay from June to August. It shows that the supersession of new and old roots is an important link in the mechanism of soybean fertilizing soil.
