薏苡仁对照药材和薏苡仁油对照提取物稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的:考察薏苡仁和薏苡仁油的稳定性。方法:比较不同产地样品的差异,进行影响因素试验、加速试验和长期稳定性试验。结果:薏苡仁经加速后明显不稳定,而薏苡仁油则较稳定。结论:建议在薄层色谱鉴别时采用薏苡仁油对照提取物替代薏苡仁对照药材。Objective：To determinate on stability of semen coicis reference drug and semen coicis oil reference substance. Method： To Compare the difference of semen coicis from different areas, and the test of its stability is carried out on influencing factors test,accelerated test and long term test. Results： Semen coicis is instable and semen coicis oil is stable after accelerated test. Conclusion： Semen Coicis Oil reference substance is suggested to replace Semen Coicis reference drug substances in TLC identification.
