摘　　要：分析了新建本科院校院系教学档案管理存在的问题,从强化院系教职工的档案意识、实行教学档案分级与分类管理、提高档案管理员业务素质、实现教学档案的信息化管理等方面,提出了提高院系教学档案管理水平的建议。This paper analyzes some problems existing in the Management of College/Department Teaching Archives in Newly Built University,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the college/department teaching archives management level from aspects of strengthening archives consciousness of college/department faculty members,carrying the classified and sorted teaching archives management,improving the professional quality of archivists,and realizing the informatized management of teaching archives,etc.
