摘　　要：阐述了当前我国大多数图书馆人力资源现状及其成因,分析了人本管理的内涵,并从改变观念、制度建设、知识创新等几个方面提出了建议。This paper expounds the present situation of the human resource management in most of the libraries inChina and the geneses, analyzes the connotations of humanistic management, and puts forward some suggestions from aspects of concept changing, system construction, and knowledge innovation, etc.
