摘 要:[目的]探讨RECK与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、微血管密度(MVD)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达和相关性。[方法]采用免疫组化SP法检测80例肺癌组织和20例癌旁正常肺组织中RECK、VEGF和MVD的表达水平。[结果]NSCLC中RECK的表达低于癌旁组织(36.25%vs 85.00%,P=0.0001),VEGF(68.75%vs 35.00%,P=0.005)和MVD(20.94±8.76 vs 10.57±4.24,P=0.0001)的表达高于癌旁组织。RECK表达在鳞癌和中、低分化的肿瘤中降低;VEGF在腺癌中表达增高;MVD值在年龄小于60岁患者中增高。VEGF表达与MVD呈正相关;RECK表达与MVD呈负相关。多变量Logistic回归分析显示RECK蛋白表达下调是NSCLC预后不良因素。[结论]RECK、VEGF、MVD表达在NSCLC中有一定相关性,RECK低表达是NSCLC独立不良预后因素。[Purpose] To investigate the expression of RECK,VEGF and MVD in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and their correlation. [Methods] The expression of RECK,VEGF and MVD in 80 NSCLC tissues and 20 adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. [Results] RECK-expression in cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues (26.25% vs 85.00% ,P= O.0001),VEGF-expression and MVD were lower than those in adjacent tissues(68.75% vs 35.00% ,P= 0.005;20.94+8.76 vs lO.57+4.24,P=O.OOO1).RECK-expression decreased in squamous cell carcinomas and in medium/low differentiation tumors. VEGF-expression increased in adenocarcinoma.MVD value increased in patients less than 60 years old. VEGF-expression was positively correlated with MVD. RECK-expression was negatively correlated with MVD. Muhivariable Logisitic regression analysis showed that low expression of RECK protein was poor prognosis factor. [Conclusion] The expression of RECK, VEGF and MVD is certainly correlated to NSCLC. Low expression of RECK is a poor progno- sis factor.
