摘　　要：目的探讨生存素蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达及与临床病理的关系。方法免疫组化Envision法检测80例大肠癌手术切除标本中生存素蛋白的表达,并探讨其与大肠癌组织分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和远处转移等临床病理特征的关系。另取30例癌旁正常的大肠组织(距肿瘤边缘>5 cm)作为对照组。结果生存素蛋白在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.01)。大肠癌组织中生存素表达水平与组织分化程度无明显的关系(P>0.05),随原发病灶的浸润深度、淋巴结转移和远处转移呈逐渐增加趋势(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论生存素蛋白表达不仅与大肠癌的发生和发展密切相关,而且参与了大肠癌的局部侵袭、转移过程,有望成为大肠癌基因诊断与治疗的新靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin protein in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with clinical pathological features. Methods Immunohistochemistry Envision method was used to detect the expression of Survivin protein in 80 cases of surgical specimens of colorectal cancer and to explore its relation with clinical pathological features such as the degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and so on. Another 30 specimens of adjacent normal colon tissue （from the edge of the tumor〉Scm） were taken as the control group. Results The expression of Survivin protein in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissue （P 〈0.01）. There was no significant relationship between the expression of Survivin protein and the degree of differentiation （P 〉 0.05） in colorectal cancer tissue. But it showed a gradually increasing trend with the primary tumor depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Survivin protein not only has a close relationship with the development and progression of colorectal cancer, but also it gets involved in the local invasion of colorectal cancer and its metastasis. Survivin gene may become a new target for anticancer gene diagnosis and therapy.
