莫沙比利联合苁蓉通便口服液治疗老年性便秘疗效和安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察莫沙比利联合苁蓉通便口服液治疗老年性便秘疗效和安全性。方法老年性便秘患者60例,随机分为三组,每组20例。A组给予口服莫沙比利5 mg/次,3次/d,苁蓉通便口服液10 mL/次,2次/d;B组单用莫沙比利;C组单用苁蓉通便口服液,疗程均为2周。记录患者服药前后大便间隔天数、大便性状的改变、排便困难程度改变及副反应。结果治疗2周后,三组总有效率分别为95%、50%和85%。结论莫沙比利联合苁蓉通便口服液治疗老年性便秘疗效优于两药单用,且不良反应小,安全性好。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of mosapride in combination of Congrong purgative oral solution as treatment for senile constipation. Methods Sixty senile constipation patients were divided randomly into group A, B, C, with twenty patients in each group. Group A was given mosapride 5 mg three times per day orally, Congrong purgative oral solution 10 ml twice per day. Group B was given mosapride 5 mg three times per day. Group C was given Congrong purgative oral solution 10 ml twice per day. The whole course of treatment was 2 weeks. Record the defecation frequency, difficulty, feature of feces as well as side effects. Results After 2 weeks, the effective percentage of three groups was 95%, 50%, 85% respectively. Conclusion The results indicated that mosapride-Congrong purgative oral solution is highly effective in senile constipation with less side effects.
