摘　　要：目的建立测定男宝胶囊中阿魏酸含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为HypersilC18（4．6mmx250mm，10μm），以乙腈．0．085％磷酸溶液为流动相。流速为1．0mL·min-1，检测波长为316nm，柱温35℃。结果阿魏酸在0．02-0．50μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．04％，RSD为1．14％。结论该方法简单、快速、准确，可为男宝胶囊的质量控制提供实验依据。Objective To establish a method for determining ferulic acid in Nanbao capsule.Methods An HPLC method was performed on a Hypersil C18 （4.6 minx250 ram,10 gm）column with acetonitrile- 0.085%phosphate acid as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,the detecting wavelength was set at 316 nm,and the column temperature was 35 °C.Results The calibration curve of ferulic acid was linear in the range of 0.02-0.50 gg, and the average recovery was 100.04% with RSD=l.14%. Conclusion The method was simtple,accurate and could be used for the oualitv control ofNanbao caosule.
