摘　　要：在众多的企业经营者和危机管理的研究者当中，人们往往只是把目光投向容易让人感觉得到的财务危机、营销危机、公关危机等方面，而对于人力资源危机却没有给以足够的重视。人力资源是企业在市场竞争中获胜的决定性因素，而且绝大多数的危机是由于企业内部人为因素引起的，因此人力资源危机的管理应给与足够的重视。本文以国企为例，阐述了人力资源危机的一些问题，并提出了一些解决措施。When we discuss crisis management, enterprise managers and management researchers will firstly ta Ik about flnance crlsls, marKetlng crisis and public relations crisis. However, human resource crisis hasn＇ t been given enough attention. Human resource is a key factor for enterprises to win in market competition. Because most crises are caused by the factors relating to the human resource of enterprises, human resource crisis management must be given enough attention. Taking a state-owned enterprise as an example, some important problems about human resource crisis are discussed in this thesis, and some solutions are given.
