摘　　要：目的探讨新毕业护士岗前职业防护培训的效果,以增强新护士职业防护的意识,提高其预防危险因素和处理能力。方法对65名新毕业护士进行岗前职业防护培训,具体措施包括:评估新护士对职业防护知识的需求,根据其需求制订培训计划,确定培训内容,采取集中授课和临床实践相结合的方式培训。培训后,评价岗前职业防护培训的效果。结果培训后,65名护士职业防护理论考核和操作考核成绩分别为(90.00±5.28)分和(89.90±4.64)分,较培训前明显提高(P<0.01)。结论岗前职业防护培训可以提高新毕业护士职业防护知识水平及职业防护危险预防与处理能力。Objective To explore the effect of pre-job training in occupational protection for new graduated nurses,in order to enhance their occupational protection consciousness and abilities of preventing risk factors. Methods Totally 65 new graduated nurses received the pre-job training in occupational protection. The measures included evaluating occupational protection knowledge needs of the new graduated nurses,establishing the proper training plan and setting up the training curriculum according to the new nurses＇ needs,and using the teaching methods of intensive teaching lessons integrated with clinical nursing practice. The effect of pre-job training in occupational protection was evaluated. Results After the pre-job training,the score of theoretical examination and operation test among nurses was 90.00±5.28 and 89.90±4.64 respectively,and there were significant differences before and after the training （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The pre-job training in occupational protection can improve new graduated nurses＇ occupational protection knowledge and abilities of preventing and managing risks.
