摘　　要：随着知识经济的快速发展,企业知识联盟逐渐成为国内外学术界研究的热点,但学术界至今并未能对其相关问题达成共识。在对现有研究进行回顾与分析的基础上,重点从企业知识联盟的组建动因、联盟的稳定性和联盟的组建管理3个方面进行梳理、分析和评述,并提出了进一步研究的思路和相关问题的解决途径,以期对企业知识联盟的实践与理论研究有所启示。With the rapid development of knowledge economy,the enterprise knowledge alliance has become a research focus of the academia both at home and abroad,but no consensuses of its relevant issues so far have been reached.Based on the review of domestic and foreign studies,four aspects of enterprise knowledge alliance,such as the motivation,the stability,the establishment and management of enterprise knowledge alliance were sorted,analyzed and reviewed.Moreover,further research ideas and solutions related to the above issues were proposed.The purpose was to inspire the practice and theory of the enterprise knowledge alliance.
