摘　　要：现代性带来的是一种全新的价值转换与道德定位,它实际上完成了一场生存价值重心和生存样式的彻底转换。这一价值最深刻的转换是生命价值隶属于有用价值,有用价值成为终极价值。在舍勒看来,这种对价值的颠覆是对价值的篡改和伪造,正是这样一种颠倒的价值观成就了特殊的现代性心性。对此,可以将目光投向更远的康德以及他提出的思辨理性和实践理性来加以解决。What the Modemity brought was a kind of brand - new value transformation and moral orientation, it actually completed a thoroughly transformation in a survival value gravity and living model. The most profound transformation is that the life value is affiliated with the useful value, ultimate value. In the view of Schere, the transformation ofvalue is a manipulation to the value, and it was the subversive value that brought up the special modernity character. How about our solutions？ We can cast our sights on Kant and his speculative and practical sense.
