摘　　要：雌激素具有广泛的生物学效应。大量研究表明,雌激素对缺血性脑损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制是多方面的。本文对雌激素的生物学特性和神经保护作用的可能机制以及雌激素替代治疗的现状做一综述。Estrogen has broad biological effects.Numerous studies have shown that estrogen plays protective effect on ischemic brain indury,its neuroprotective mechanisms present in many ways.Article is based on the current situation of the biological properties of estrogen,the possible mechanism of neuroprotective effect and replacement therapy of the estrogen.
