摘　　要：对青奥会的项目设置、文化交流内容、对青少年的影响以及奥林匹克的可持续性发展进行了分析,结合我国城运会和大学生运动会的开展状况,提出了我国青少年运动会的改革方向和办赛思路,探寻新的发展道路:以"体育回归教育"和"健康第一"的理念办赛,合理制定青少年竞技体育培养和选拔渠道,从而实现体育的可持续性发展。The paper analyses the competition items,cultural exchange content and influence on the young people of the Youth Olympic Games.The paper also analyses the sustainable development of the Olympic Games.On the basis of the current China National Youth Sports Meeting,the paper proposes to guide the sports meeting with the concepts of sport returning to education and health first and design the reasonable cultivation and selecting ways of young athletes.
