摘　　要：目的探讨氟桂利嗪(FNZ)胶囊致老年性药源性帕金森综合征的临床特点、诊断及治疗体会。方法对我院2007—2011年诊治的34例药源性帕金森综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 34例患者均有明确的服用FNZ胶囊史,用药3个月～1年后出现帕金森综合征表现,临床表现以运动迟缓、肌强直为主,可给予对症治疗。结论药源性帕金森综合征最好的治疗就是预防,给予适当的对症治疗,可改善患者的症状。Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of Flunarizine capsules induced senile parkinsonism syndrome.Methods Clinical data of 34 cases with drug-induced parkinsonism admitted to our hospital from 2007 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 34 patients had definitive histories of using Flunarizine capsules.Parkinsonism syndrome appeared from three months to one year after taking Flunarizine capsules.The main symptoms of Parkinsonism syndrome were bradykinesia and rigidity,which should be treated accordingly.Conclusion The best method to treat the Flunarizine capsules-induced senile parkinsonism syndrome is prevention,and symptomatic therapy can alleviate clinical symptoms of patients.
