摘　　要：目的探讨以颅脑肿物为髓外表现的多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的临床特点、治疗反应及预后。方法回顾性分析6例以颅脑肿物为髓外表现的患者的临床特征、影像学特点、病理学表现及治疗经过。结果 3例患者以颅脑肿物为首发症状,另3例患者在疾病进展中出现颅脑肿物,6例患者均出现中枢神经系统症状,且对常规化疗反应差。结论 MM患者的临床表现复杂多样,其中以颅脑肿物为表现的患者较为少见。新型靶向治疗药物具有良好的治疗前景。Objective To study the clinical characteristic,therapeutic response and prognosis of the multiple myeloma（MM） with skull mass as the manifestations of extramedullary plasmocytoma（EM）.Methods The clinical features,imaging characteristics,pathological manifestations and treatment procedures of six patients with MM having EM were retrospectively analyzed.Results Three patients had skull mass as the first symptom,and the other three patients had skull mass in the progression of disease.All these six patients appeared clinical nervous system symptoms and had poor response to conventional chemotherapy.Conclusion Clinical manifestations of MM were complicated and few patients manifested as skull mass.New target drug exhibited a satisfactory prospect.
