摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌术后放射性臂丛神经损伤(RBP)患者的发病原因、临床特征、诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析8例乳腺癌术后RBP患者的放射剂量、症状和体征、肌电图等辅助检查结果及治疗和预后情况。结果RBP的发病与放射剂量密切相关,此病的潜伏期为5.5个月～9年,平均潜伏期2.4年。常以患肢末端运动及感觉障碍为首发症状,最终引起患肢功能严重受损。目前此病尚无有效的根治方法。结论放射治疗剂量偏大是此病主要的发病因素。潜伏期越短,进展速度越快,病情愈严重。放射性损伤不可逆,严重影响患者的生活质量,此病重在预防。Objective To investigate the pathogenesis clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of radiation-induced brachial plexopathy after breast cancer operation.Methods Retrospectively analyzed radiation dose,symptoms,signs,some auxiliary examination results such as electromyography,treatment and prognosis of eight RBP patients after operation.Results The occurrence of the disease was closely related to radiation dose.The latent period could last from 5.5 months to 9 years（median 1.5 years）.The disease usually began with minor disturbance of the affected limb distal move and senses,and finally brought about universal damage of the affected limb.At present,There is no effective treatment for radiation-induced brachial plexopathy.Conclusion Large radiotherapy dose is one of the main pathogenetic factors for the disease.The shorter the latency is,the faster it will progress and the more serious it will be.Being irreversible,the radiation damage will seriously affect the quality of life of patients and the attention should be focused on prevention.
