精神分裂症患者前瞻记忆与社会功能的相关性

摘　　要：目的研究精神分裂症患者基于事件前瞻记忆（EBPM）和基于时间前瞻记忆（TBPM）改变的特征，明确EBPM和TBPM在精神分裂症患者中的损害情况，探讨患者前瞻记忆与其社会功能的关系。方法对40例精神分裂症患者以及年龄、性别、受教育程度相匹配的40名正常对照者实施前瞻记忆测试。并用社会功能缺陷筛选量表评估这些患者的社会功能。结果与正常对照组[EBPM：（5．33±0．86）分、TBPM：（5．20±0．82）分]相比，患者组的EBPM评分[（4．18±1．04）分]和TBPM评分[（3．45±1．48）分]，差异有统计学意义（t=-5．408，P〈0．01；t=-6．522，P〈0．01）。患者组TBPM损伤指数与EBPM损伤指数相比，差异有统计学意义（Z=-3．238，P〈0．01）。控制精神症状后的偏相关分析显示，患者EB—PM评分和TBPM评分与社会功能缺陷筛选量表总分呈负相关。结论精神分裂症患者存在前瞻记忆损害，并且TBPM损伤程度大于EBPM，患者前瞻记忆与其社会功能存在相关性。Objective To investigate the event-based prospective memory（EBPM）and time-based pro- spective memory（ TBPM ）in stable patients with schizophrenia and to explore the relationships between prospective memory and social functioning. Methods 40 schizophrenic patients and 40 normal controls matched in age, gen- der and education were assessed with a neuropsychological battery of tests including EBPM and TBPM tasks. The patients were also assessed with social disability screening schedule（SDSS）. Results A statistically significant in EBPM was observed between patients with schizophrenia and normal controls （4.18 ± 1.04 vs 5.33±0.86, t = -5.408,P〈0.01） and the same result inTBPM（3.45±1.48 vs5.20±0.82, t= -6.522,P〈0.01）. In pa- tients with schizophrenia TBPM was impaired more significantly than EBPM （ z = -3. 238, P〈 O. 01 ）. After con- trolling the total score of PANSS, the negatively correlate was showed between the total scores of SDSS and EBPM （ r= -0.346, P〈0.05）, TBPM （ r= -0.374, P〈0.05） in the patients. Conclusion The results suggest schizophrenic patients impairs both EBPM and TBPM, and TBPM is impaired more significantly than EBPM. PM shows positively correlated with social functioning moderately in the patient.
