长期无病生存急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿60例智力及生长发育情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解ALL患儿经长期正规序贯化疗对智力及生长发育的影响。方法对本院经一系列正规序贯化疗后获得长期无病生存的60例ALL患儿进行智商、身高、体质量、血清胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)、骨龄、雌激素(E2)、睾酮(T)、第二性征发育情况检测,以调查时间不同分为A、B两组,所得结果分别与健康儿童上述各项指标进行比较分析。应用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 A组30例患儿平均智商为107.0,B组30例患儿的平均智商为109.3,结果显示60例ALL患儿的智商与健康儿童比较差异无统计学意义。60例ALL患儿的身高、体质量均在同龄儿的x珋±2 s范围之内,B组30例患儿血清IGF-1水平在同龄儿的x珋±2 s范围之内。60例ALL患儿E2、T、第二性征发育情况、骨龄均与健康儿童基本一致。结论 ALL患儿经长期正规序贯化疗对智力及生长发育无明显影响。Objective To explore the intelligence and growth status in acute leukemic lymphoblastic children with long - term regular sequential chemotherapy. Methods A total of 60 children diagnosed as acute leukemia with a long time disease - free survival were inclu- ded, they were divided into A group and B group according to investigated time. Their intelligence, body height and weight, insulin - like growth factor- 1, bone age, estiogen （E2） , testosterone （T）, value and secondary sex character were examined, then comparing the results with normal standard. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results The average intelligence of 30 cases in A group was 107.0, while the average intelligence of B group of 30 cases was 109.3, so the results showed that the 60 children＇s intelligence had no significant difference, compared with normal standard. The children＇s body height and weight were within the x -＋ 2 s of normal children, while the chil- dren＇s insulin - like growth factor - 1 in B group were in the range of x -＋ 2 s of normal children. The children＇s E2 ,T value, secondary sex character and bone age had no significant difference compared with the normal children. Conclusion There is no significant influence in in- telligence and growth status by long- term sequential chemotherapy in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
