摘　　要：同源盒基因(HOX)与白血病的发生有着密切的联系,HOX基因不仅在造血增殖分化过程中起调控作用,HOX基因的异常表达也常导致白血病的发生,但HOX基因在白血病中的表达如何被调节尚不十分清楚,现就HOX基因与白血病的关系及其在白血病中的异常表达进行综述。Homeobox genes have closely relation with the development of leukemia, and it doesn＇t only regulate the proliferation and dif- ferentiation of hematopoiesis, its abnormal expression also lead leukemia. But the mechanisms that regulate their expression in leukemia are not well understood. This paper focus on the relationship between HOX gene and leukemia and their abnormal expression in leukemia.
