摘 要:以直接接触换热器为研究对象,从基本的一维两流体模型出发,在全面地考虑了该换热器中汽体的膨胀、水蒸汽的蒸发、界面张力的作用以及汽液两相的相互作用和滑移等因素影响的基础上,建立了换热器的一维流动模型,并进行了数值求解,模型的结果与实验数据符合较好。The fluid dynamics of gas-liquid-liquid three-phase flow was studied for pentane-water system in a vertical column. A one-dimensional two-fluid model for this column was developed by the mass, momentum and energy balance calculations. The proposed model took into account the variation of gas density due to expansion in the exchanger, the evaporation of continuous-phase water, the action of interfacial tension, the velocity slip, and interaction between gas and liquid. The numerical solutions were obtained by Runge-Kutta method. The distributions of U_c, U_d,T_c,T_d, ε_g along the column height were provided with figures and were also analyzed in detail. The calculated results reasonably agree with experimental data. These results might improve our knowledge about the performance of the gas- liquid-liquid three-phase flow and give a guide to its utilization in industry.
