创业团队的认知锁定对创业团队稳定性的影响——基于创业团队的多案例研究

摘　　要：由于创业活动充满不确定性,创业团队的稳定性对新企业的生存和发展十分重要。目前针对创业团队的研究多从团队的异质性出发,其可能导致的不稳定性问题的研究相对匮乏。本文从创业团队认知的角度出发,通过对国内4个创业活跃程度不同地区的15个创业团队进行案例研究,分析创业团队内部的认知锁定形成及其对创业团队稳定性的影响。研究结果显示:(1)交互记忆系统对认知锁定的形成具有促进作用。高度发展交互记忆系统的创业团队最终形成创业团队内部成员间的认知锁定。(2)已形成认知锁定的创业团队倾向于利用团队内部的先前经验积累或搜索内部知识解决意外事件。(3)认知锁定可以促进创业团队的稳定性。(4)认知锁定阻碍创业团队决策模式的创新,不利于创业企业长期绩效的提升。As entrepreneurial activities are full of uncertainty, the stability of founding Teams is very important to new enterprises＇ sur- vival and development. At present, the research of founding teams are based on team＇ s heterogeneity, this method will lead to founding teams＇ instability. Therefore, this paper studied 15 founding teams in four domestic areas which entrepreneurial activities developed to varying degrees. From founding teams＇ cognition perspective, discussing the formation of inside cognitive lock - ins and its impact on the stability of founding team. The results show that： （1） The transactive memory system promote the formation of cognitive lock - ins. highly developed transactive memory of founding team system will eventually get cognitive lock - ins among inside members. （2） The founding teams which have formed cognitive lock - ins are more likely to use their own experience and search inside knowledge to solve the crisis. （3） Cognitive lock -ins benefit to the stability of founding team. （4）Cognitive lock -ins put off the innovations of founding team decision, which against the promotion of founding team long term performances.
