摘　　要：水利高职教育顶岗实习是教学过程的重要环节。通过分析顶岗实习环节的安全风险,提出了高职教育顶岗实习环节的安全风险管理对策,明确指出高职院校除了应重视安全教育外,还应加强实习风险管理,推广实习责任保险。Full-time practice is one of the important teaching links of hydraulic higher vocational education. Based on analysis of the safety risks of this link, the authors put forward risk management countermeasures. It is pointed out that higher vocational education institutes shall attach importance to safety education, while strengthen practice risk management, popularize practice resoonsibilitv insurance.
