摘　　要：IL-17是最近新发现的具有强大促炎作用的细胞因子,主要有Th17细胞分泌。IL-17能有效地介导中性粒细胞动员的兴奋过程,从而有效地介导了组织的炎症反应。大量研究表明,IL-17与多种感染性疾病和自身免疫病的发生发展过程有着密切的联系。现就IL-17的基本生物学性状及其与某些疾病的关系做一简要综述。interleukin-17 （IL-17）is one of cytokines discovered recently,playing an important role as a powerful pro-inflammatory cytokine,and is mainly secreted by Th17 cells. I1-17 can effectively mediate neutrophil mobilization process, thus mediates the tissue inflammation..Many studies have shown that IL-17 is closely linked with a variety of infectious diseases and autoimmune disease＇s occurrence and development.
