邻羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯与锌显色反应的研究及其应用

摘　　要：在硼砂 -氢氧化钠 (p H=1 0 .4)介质中 ,邻羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯与锌发生灵敏的显色反应 ,生成一种稳定的橙红色配合物 ,该配合物的最大吸收峰为 52 5nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2 .1× 1 0 5L· mol-1· cm-1,锌在 0～ 1 0μg/ 2 5ml之间符合比耳定律。方法具有较好选择性 ,已用于食品包装材料锌污染的直接检测 。It is reported in this paper that in a borax buffer medium of pH 10.4 microamounts of Zn(Ⅱ) react with o carboxylphenyl diazoaminobenzene to form a complex having its absorption maxima at 525nm and its apparent molar absorptivity of 2.1×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law holds for the concentration range of 0~10μg of zinc in 25ml of solution. The above mentioned color reaction has been applied to the photometric determination of trace amount of zinc in polluted rubber product for edible use, e.g. the nipple of feeding bottle, the padding of pressure cooker etc.
