摘　　要：The national soft science project Governmenta/Executive Ability Research Based on Quality Management System undertaken by AQSIQ was examined and approved in Beijing on February 7, 2012. This project is leaded by Minister ofAQSIQ Zhi Shuping with the participation of some 30 researchers from both inside and outside the quality inspection system.
