摘  要:目的探讨斑贞1号、川芎嗪和5-氟尿嘧啶联合逆转人胃癌细胞系SGC-7901/ADR与谷胱甘肽S-转移酶表达的相关性。方法采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应比较人胃癌细胞SGC-7901/ADR细胞在单纯5-FU和5-FU联合斑贞1号及TMP处理组GST-πmRNA的表达情况。结果 5-FU组与阴性对照组相比,GST-πmRNA表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而5-FU联合斑贞1号及TMP处理组GST-πmRNA表达量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论斑贞1号、TMP和5-FU联合逆转SGC-7901/ADR细胞耐药性可能与GST-π相关,为当前胃癌的治疗提供新的理论依据。Objective To explore of the correlativity between Banzhen 1,Tetra methylpyrazine and 5-fluorouracil reversing human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901/ADR with Glutathione-s-transferase expressions.Methods Semiquantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction was used for comparison of GST-πmRNA expression for cell line SGC-7901/ADR in group of 5-FU,5-FU and Banzhen 1,TMP.Results The expression of GST-πmRNA between the 5-FU group and the control group,there was no significant differences (P 0.05),while 5-Fu and Banzhen 1 group and TMP group was decreased significantly(P0.05).Conclusion It is possible correlated to GST-π for Banzhen 1,TMP and 5-FU reversed multidrug resistance in human gastric cancer cells,which may supply a new theoretical basis for the clinical effective treatment of gastric carcinoma.
