摘　　要：目的测定脑蛋白水解物注射液中钙镁元素的含量。方法采用原子吸收分光光度法测定脑蛋白水解物注射液中钙镁元素的含量。结果国内31家企业生产的脑蛋白水解物注射液中镁钙元素含量差别较大,Ca/Mg也有较大差异。结论为研究该品种的质量提供了有用的数据。Objective Determination of Ca and Mg elements in cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection.Methods The content of Ca and Mg elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spetrophotometer.Results The content of Ca and Mg elements and Ca/Mg ratios had significant differences in cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection of the 31 domestic manufacturers.Conclusion It provides useful data for studying the quality of cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection.
