膀胱癌治疗方法的选择

摘　　要：目的系统评价经尿道钬激光切除术(HoLRBT)与经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)治疗膀胱癌的有效性与安全性,为膀胱癌治疗方法的选择提供临床证据。方法对在维普医药信息资源系统V6.32,中国期刊全文数据库等信息源筛选到的文献进行质量评价,并采用Review Manager4.2软件作Meta分析。结果 Meta分析显示:钬激光切除术术中出血少,术后膀胧冲洗例数少,导尿管留置时间短;术后并发症风险小,原位癌复发率低(Z=2.11,P=0.04)。结论钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术(HoLRBT)是膀胱癌临床治疗的可靠的微创术式。Objective Systematic reviews the effectiveness and security of HoLRBT and TURBT treatment for bladder Cancer, and provide clinical evidence for Bladder cancer treatment options. Methods To investigate and evaluate the relevant documents which are researched in Cqvip medical information resource system, China Journal Full-text Database, etc, and then making Meta analysis by Review Manager4.2. Results The meta-analyses showed： The TURBT were significant differences in HoLRBT for less bleeding volume, shorter mean bladder irrigating time shorter time of indwelling urethral catheter, fewer events of bladder perforation and lower postoperative recurrence rate（Z=2.11 ,P=-0.04）. Conclusion The HoLRBT is a feasible, safe, and effective treatment for bladder cancer.
