摘　　要：科学研究的不断深入总会引发当前范式所不能容纳的"例外"或"难题",而它们积累到一定程度就会促使研究者尝试用新的范式去解释,这本质上是对该领域研究的变革。以公共项目管理绩效改善研究为对象,认为随着人们对于公共项目本质认识的发展,其依次经历了技术范式、组织范式、契约范式和关系范式,详细评述了各范式下的代表性研究以及每一次范式转换的驱动力,以期揭示公共项目管理绩效改善研究领域的发展脉络。In this paper, improvement of public project management performance is the research object. Paradigm is considered to shift along with the development of the man＇s knowledge of public project, experiencing four paradigms in turn, i.e. technology paradigm, organization paradigm, contract paradigm and relationship paradigm. The representative researches under every paradigm are reviewed and the driving forces of every shift are analyzed in order to reveal the development law of public project management performance.
