摘　　要：在第九届全国民运会表演项目比赛中,贵州六盘水地区选送的苗族芦笙翻旮旯以其粗犷豪放的舞姿,高难度的技巧,激情演绎着苗族曲折悲壮的奋斗史。是小花苗地区传承民族文化,弘扬民族精神的重要文化载体。反映了小花苗人的精神交往、审美情趣、风俗习惯和理想追求。in the 9th National ethnic sports of perfoming competition, Lusheng turning selected and sent by Guizhou Liu Panshui region with its wild and bold dance and demanding skills showed the moving and tortuous history of Miao Minorities. It is the important cultural carrier of pass downing the national culture in Xiao Huamiao region and promoting national spirit. It also reflected the Xiao Huamiao people＇ s spirit communication, appreciation of beauty, custom and dream pursing.
