摘 要:为了研究1维3元磁化等离子体光子晶体的传输特性,采用传输矩阵法得到了TE波通过1维3元磁化等离子体光子晶体后的左旋和右旋极化波的传输特性,用计算得到的透射系数来讨论了周期常数、介电常数、介质层厚度和等离子体参量对其传输特性的影响。结果表明,改变介电常数、介质层厚度和等离子体频率可以实现对禁带数目和宽度的调谐,改变周期数和等离子体碰撞频率不能影响禁带带宽;等离子体回旋频率仅仅能影响右旋极化波的禁带带宽,对左旋极化波的禁带带宽无影响。这为设计1维3元磁化等离子体光子晶体器件提供了理论参考。In order to study transmission property of 1-D ternary magnetized plasma photonic crystals, the transfer matrix method was applied to get the transmission characteristics for TE wave, divided into left-handed and right-handed circularly polarized waves after propagating through 1-D ternary magnetized plasma photonic crystals. The calculated transmission coefficients were used to analyze the effect of periodic constant, dielectric constant, thickness of dielectric layers and parameter of plasma on the transmission characteristics. The results illustrate that the numbers and width of band gaps can be tuned by changing dielectric constant, thickness of dielectric layer and plasma frequency, the width of band gaps can not be affected by increasing periodic and plasma collision frequency. The band gaps for right-handed circularly polarized wave can be tuned by the plasma gyro frequency, but band gaps for the left-handed circularly polarized wave can' t. The results are good theoretical references to design 1-D ternary magnetized plasma photonic crystal devices.
