摘　　要：目的探讨5-脂氧合酶(5-LOX)在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学Envi-sion二步法,对浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院2004年6月至2009年6月收治的卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者96例(恶性46例、交界性30例、良性20例)、正常卵巢组织10例中的5-LOX的表达进行检测。结果 5-LOX在46例卵巢癌组织和30例交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达均阳性,在卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤中阳性率为10%,在正常卵巢组织中不表达。5-LOX在卵巢癌和交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达明显高于正常卵巢和卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤,差异有显著性(P<0.001);5-LOX的表达强度与卵巢癌的FIGO分期、病理分级有关(P<0.001)。结论 5-LOX在卵巢上皮性癌中高表达,且与分期分级等预后指标有关,5-LOX检测有助于卵巢癌的鉴别诊断,尤其是对预后判断具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the expression of 5-LOX in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and its significance. Meth- ods The immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of 5-LOX in epithelial ovarian neoplasms （46 malignant,30 borderline and 20 benign ） and 10 normal ovarian tissues,which were collected between June 2004 and June 2006 in the womcn＇s hospital school of Medicine Zhejiang University. Results All positive expression of 5-LOX in ovarian carcinomas and borderline ovarian tumors, however, no apparent expression in normal ovarian tissues. Of the epithelial ovarian benign,only 10% were positive expression of 5-LOX. The positive expression rates of 5-LOX in ovarian carcinomas and borderline ovarian tumors were statistically higher than those in normal ovarian and benign ovarian tumors （P 〈0. 001 ）. The positive of 5-LOX was correlated with histopathological grades and FIGO clinical stages（ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion 5-LOX protein in ovarian carcinoma play an important role in tumorigenesis and malignant progress. The detection of 5-LOX protein may be helpful to diagnosis, predicting prognosis of ovarian carcinoma.
