摘  要:通过对滑块联轴器分别进行UG仿真及ADAMS仿真,对其中的半联轴器的转速进行运动学和动力学分析,得到半联轴器的2组速度曲线图。通过分析和对比2组速度曲线图,发现2组数据的各自平均值比较接近,但UG仿真后得到的数据曲线更加平稳,波动起伏比较小,而ADAMS仿真得到的数据曲线波动范围较大。这揭示了在将模型导入到ADAMS的过程中,确实存在一定的差异。本文的分析结论对2个软件的仿真精度分析具有一定的参考价值。The coupling of the slider in the half-coupling of speed for a kinematic and dynamic analysis based on the slider coupling respectively UG simulation and ADAMS simulation has been half-coupled.The two speed curves were gotten by analyzing and comparing two sets of curves of velocity maps and found two sets of data closer to the respective averages,but the UG simulation data obtained by the curve is more stable,fluctuating relatively small,and ADAMS simulation data obtained from a large range of fluctuation curve.That was revealed in the ADAMS model into the process,some differences do exist.This analysis of the conclusions of the analysis of two software simulation accuracy with a certain reference value.
