摘 要:为了消除在物理样机试验时才能发现的潜在设计缺陷,在虚拟样机软件ADAMS中建立了道岔清筛机挖掘变幅机构的虚拟样机模型,对其进行了典型工况下的运动学和动力学仿真。仿真结果表明,机构的运动满足挖掘宽度、挖掘高度和限界的要求,变幅液压缸不存在"死点"现象,各构件之间无运动干涉,变幅液压缸的受力满足设计要求。应用虚拟样机技术验证了设计的正确性和合理性,为挖掘变幅机构的设计与试验提供了一种有效的新方法。In order to remove the hidden designing disadvantages which did't be discovered until the physical prototype test was conducted,a virtual prototype model of the turnout cleaning machine excavate amplitude mechanism was established in the virtual prototype analysis software ADAMS,and its kinematics and dynamics were simulated on the typical conditions.The simulation results prove the mechanism motion meet the requirements of excavating width,height and bounds,the amplitude hydraulic cylinders do not have the seizure phenomena,there was no motion interference among the various components,and the forces of the loads on the amplitude hydraulic cylinders meet the requirements of the design.Then the correctness and rationality of the design have been verified with the virtual prototype technology.The research of the paper provides a new effective method for the design and test of turnout cleaning machine excavate amplitude mechanism.
